Our smoothie menu consists of 18 outstanding drinks that are designed to promote healthy living and to taste great. With names like: Strawberry Fields Forever, Tropical Breeze, Blue Mountain Blizzard, Earthquake Eddie B, Watermelon Wonder, Mango magic, and Wake me up before you Coco, to name a few, one has many options that are sure to please. If you want light and refreshing or something to get you movin… we got you covered. Of course we can add protein powders, vitamins and even green foods to any of our special drinks.

If one of our amazing smoothies does not tempt your taste buds, we certainly allow you to create your own. Who knows, once you have made your creation, it may just end up on our menu to stay, just like the Pat’s Power Punch or the Criolla Man.

If a fresh Organic Juice is your choice we have 11 thirst quenching selections to choose from. Of course the Rachel’s Remedy featuring; carrot, apple, lemon, beet, ginger, kale, spinach and a splash of cayenne is our best seller and an extremely healthy choice. Want something green? Try our Great Green. It has the nutrients that your body craves and has a splash of lemon to create a wonderful flavor.
